Rosehaven Alpaca Stud was established in 2013 and owners, David and Pamela Pratt breed and sell stud quality alpacas, lease herd guards and provide animal husbandry services.

Rosehaven Alpaca Stud is committed to the improvement of mid fawn to brown huacaya alpacas. We see the future of the alpaca is as a fibre producing animal. Accordingly our breeding goals are based on producing animals with a fine, dense fleece with low micron count.

Show Results

Rosehaven Alpacas has successfully competed in numerous shows hosted by the Australian Alpaca Association. We continually work on improving our herd and subsequent show results.

Herd Guards

Rosehaven Alpacas is proud to be able to offer a reliable and proven herd guard service. Our animals are proven guards and we work closely with clients to create a package of animals that will suit their needs. We are able to provide proven guards for lease or sale at highly competitive prices.

Shearing

At Rosehaven, we offer a complete shearing and animal husbandry service. We travel throughout Victoria, South Australia and Southern New South Wales.
